• Gold: Weekly cashback up to a maximum of 1.5%.

6.1 Bet Validity

Only bets that are successfully confirmed in the system will be considered valid. Bets that are not confirmed due to a technical error will not be accepted. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless a special circumstance arises (such as an event cancellation).

6.2 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled or does not take place within 48 hours of the scheduled time, the relevant bets will be cancelled and the bet amount will be refunded. Separate rules may apply for partial results.
